    • A HACCP program can be applied throughout the food chain, from primary production to final consumption and provide the best system of protection against contaminants. A HACCP program can provide significant benefits such as increasing confidence in food safety, aiding inspection by regulatory authorities and reducing the number of necessary supplier audits. This course provides an introduction to HACCP and identifies the initial steps necessary to identify and control food safety hazards.
