Prairie Hill Fruits ltd was established in 2017 and has been growing Haskap berries in Ab and SK since 2013. We currently grow 140 acres of Haskap and are spreading into garlic production. Rex Vanden Berg the owner has a passion for growing agriculture in Alberta by helping local farmers /Alberta farmers through processing and marketing products grown here. Prairie Hill Fruits is passionate about building the fruit and vegetable industry in Alberta and filling the shelves with local product.
Prairie Hill Fruits provides the following services and products: Color sorting and grading, bagging in stand up pouches and netting, high pressure pasteurization, freezer storage and distribution as well as marketing for all natural products as well as organic.
