Chinook Cheese is an artisanal local cheese maker in Calgary, Alberta. We use 100% Canadian Milk to produce Mediterranean and Middle Eastern specialty cheeses, yogurt and other dairy products. Some of our products are: Haloumi, Labneh, Clotted Cream, Ghee, String Cheese etc.
