We are a family business and our goal is to offer the freshest and most authentic products in the market We are a manufacturing company offering different options of Latin foods for retail sale and the food service industry. We are so committed to using only the freshest of ingredients, and making our products from scratch daily, that we have built our entire manufacturing process around it. It is called lean manufacturing, where fresh ingredients arrive precisely when we need them. All of our products are proudly Gluten Free.
We manufacture: Empanadas- Empanadas are a traditional Colombian dish made of cornmeal flour, making them gluten free. We currently make three different kinds, the only thing that varies is the filling (cheese, beef, chicken). Mexican Salsas- These sauces are unlike anything seen in the market because they are made from scratch as they are ordered, they are fresh, and they are family recipes passed on from generation to generation. We currently make five kinds of traditional Mexican salsas (Guacamole Style, Green Sauce, Chipotle Sauce, Taquera Sauce, and El Macho Sauce)
