Our consulting offerings include a Lean Assessment to capture the current state of operations and identify improvement opportunities. From there, our consulting services include process mapping, root cause analysis, SMED Quick Changeovers, Kaizen Events, process design, and optimization. Engineering Possibilities offers lean training and certification programs for White Belt through Black Belt, and a memorable team building workshop, Chaos Air. In a half day interactive workshop, participants discover and apply lean tools and concepts to transform a chaotic Lego airplane production process to an efficient and effective operation.
