At Local Loaf, we believe sourdough should be made with the finest organic ingredients sourced from local farmers. Made in the traditional way of our ancestors without the use of any commercial yeast or brewer’s yeast, our sourdough highlights the grain and the wild yeast local to the region where we live. We believe that even the small details are important. We use non-iodized kosher salt with no anti-caking agents, and we do not use any vegetable or seed oils, additives, flavour enhancers, preservatives, and whatever else. Just natural ingredients.
