Capital Fine Meats is a 4th generation, family-owned and operated meat processor located in Edmonton, Alberta. Our goal is to produce the highest quality, naturally smoked and gluten free products at affordable prices that all Canadians can enjoy.
We specialize in gluten-free, naturally smoked meat products such as sausages, deli meats, hams, and bacon. Additionally, we produce a variety of fresh sausages, whole muscle cuts, cured and other specialty meats. The majority of the products we produce are under our Capital® brand, however, we do produce a selection of private/control brand products as well.
